Sandy Simpson’s art is about vibrant transparent tropical colors. As a professional A.S.I.D. interior designer, she believes color transmits a happy, cheerful environment in a home. She has a B.S. degree from Purdue University with Majors in Interior Design and Art History. Sandy is a Certified Terry Madden Teacher. She received 2nd place at A.E. Backus Gallery and Museum 4 county juried show and honorable mention at “Best of the Best” juried show at Vero Beach. She has worked as a commercial interior designer and was co-owner of Waterways Art Gallery in Jensen Beach, FLorida. She was a watercolor instructor for the Enrichment Academy in The Villages, offering many watercolor workshops. Her work is in many private collections, as far away as California and Fiji.
